Product Introduction:

This product contains high active polyurethane glue and fabric with excellent biological compatibility. Medical polyurethane is demonstrated to be free from toxin and deformity by animal test and acute and chronic test. It is mainly used in the external solidification of fracture and sprain in orthopedics department, plastic surgery and general surgery to promote healing the fracture. It is the ideal upgraded product to replace the traditional plaster.

The product is applied to orthopedics and solidification of the fracture, swelled and injured joints, supporting and solidifying the sprained ligaments and muscular issue.

Method of Application:

Doctors shall wear latex gloves.Set cotton cover on the affected area and use cotton paper for winding.Unpack it and put the bandage in water with normal temperature for 2-3 seconds, and press it for 2-3 times. Press the excessive moisture after taking it out.Wind it on the affected area spirally and overlap 1/2/3 for each layer. The tightness shall be proper. 3-4 layers for the non-supporting parts and 5-6 layers for supporting parts (repetitive forming and shaping are repetitive).Solidification time lasts for 3-5 minutes according to shaping. Shaping shall be finished within the time and load-bearing becomes possible in 20 minutes.Use electric plaster saw for demounting.

Attentions:

* The operator shall wear gloves to prevent the polyurethane glue from sticking to skin.

* Product shall be used upon unpacking; it is not allowed to unpack several products at the same time to avoid influencing the intensity.

* Use electric plaster saw when demounting.

* Gas leakage shall be noticed in transportation and custody, to avoid product solidification.
